These interval reminders appear as native dialog banners reminding you of the time spent in contemplation, offering a one-click prompt to pause or conclude your recreational visit.
A Break That Stays in Place
Our Account Break mechanism is binding and automated. When you trigger an Account Break:
- Your current session is immediately obliterated and session cookies expired.
- Your account entry is timestamped with an immovable lockout expiry.
- Attempts to sign in or initiate password resets before the lockout expires are strictly rejected by the server core.
- Our concierge desk cannot manually override, cancel, or shorten an active Account Break under any circumstances.

- Set a personal time limit before beginning your exploration of the Caledonian Strata.
- Avoid exploring when feeling fatigued, emotionally stressed, or distracted from real-life responsibilities.
